The high-performance wellness coaching program is led by Wellness Coach Laura Virkkala, who has a background in corporate marketing and academia. Once Laura experienced the state of being burned out, she took a deep dive into the health & wellbeing world while she was figuring out the way back on her feet. Laura trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach,
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner & Life Coach, a certified Yoga Teacher. In the high-performance wellness coaching program, Laura uses science-backed methods to manage stress, boost energy levels, improve productivity and focus, optimise sleep and nutrition for high performance.
