Aloraway Wellness Coaching corporate wellness workshops are designed to support employee performance, long-term health and wellbeing. The workshops equip teams with actionable tools to prevent burnout, manage stress effectively, and sustain high levels of productivity in demanding work environments.

In the workshops, participants learn how to recognise early signs of burnout and implement strategies to boost their energy levels, productivity and focus to be able to perform consistently under pressure. Workshops also teach stress management techniques that can be integrated into the workday, helping employees stay calm, focused, and productive during busy times.

Aloraway Wellness Coaching corporate workshops are designed to be engaging and interactive, providing tools to put in practise rather than lecturing about health and wellbeing. The workshops provide clear takeaways and a blueprint that employees can implement into their lives to support stronger wellbeing and performance.

Corporate Wellness Workshops

Aloraway High Performance Coaching corporate wellness workshops are offered in person either in 90 min session (also online option), half-day or a full-day wokshop depending on the needs of the organisation. The workshop topics can be tailored around the following themes: burn-out prevention, stress management, performance optimisation, productivity, focus, sleep, exercise and nutrition, mental and physical wellbeing. All workshops are available in English and Finnish.

The corporate wellness workshops are run by Wellness Coach Laura Virkkala, who is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach,
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner & Life Coach, a Yoga Teacher. Laura is also a public speaker, and has a background in corporate marketing and academia.

When Laura experienced the state of being burned out herself, she took a deep dive into the health & wellbeing world to find her way from years of exhaustion to thriving and performing at her highest level.

In the corporate wellness workshops, Laura uses science-backed methods to manage stress, boost energy levels, improve productivity and focus, optimise sleep and nutrition for higher performance. In addition to this, Laura incorporates yoga, breathwork and healthy cooking classes into Aloraway Wellness Coaching offerings.
